Regarding Group Reservations
1.事前予約Advance Reservations
当施設では、混雑緩和およびお客様の快適なご利用を目的として、団体のお客様は事前予約が必要となっております。事前にご予約いただいた上でのご来場をお願い申し上げます。団体旅行者に対して一律で適応されます。 ※ご予約はページ下のフォーム、または電話にて承ります。電話番号：0555-20-9222
At our facility, prior reservations are required for group visitors to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and to alleviate congestion. We kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance before your visit. 2. 人数制限Capacity Limits
当店では、安全確保および快適な環境を維持するために、一定の人数を超える場合は入場制限を行っております。事前予約や混雑状況に応じてご入店できない場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。
For the safety and comfort of our guests, we may limit entry when the number of visitors exceeds a certain capacity. Please be aware that entry may not be possible without a prior reservation or during peak hours.
3. 混雑時During Busy Periods
混雑状況により、当日の入場が難しい場合がございます。ご不便をおかけいたしますが、事前予約のお客様を優先させていただきます。予めお電話にて承ります。混雑時には、予約客を優先し、定員に達した場合は全てのお客様に入場をお断りすることがあります。
Depending on congestion, it may be difficult to enter the venue on the day of the event. We apologise for the inconvenience, but priority will be given to customers who have made a reservation in advance. Reservations can be made by telephone. During peak times, admission may be denied to customers without reservations as soon as capacity is reached.
4. キャンセルについてRegarding Cancellations
